Our Story
Amber Labs was founded in 2020 as an independent data and digital transformation consultancy by three partners: Sebastien Payet, James Bennett, and Chris Gray. Each partner brought a unique skillset to the table, united by a shared vision: to build a consultancy based on two pillars—delivering excellence for its customers and creating a great place to work. Over the years, Amber Labs has grown into a team of over 120 dedicated consultants, all of whom share a passion for delivering exceptional results.
